Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 14/03/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 07/07/2025 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Gethin Owen Smyth who is a child and single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Gethin Owen Foulkes and assumed the name of Gethin Owen Smyth.
