Notice is hereby given that on 4 July 2025, a Petition was presented to Airdrie Sheriff Court by Spirit Technology Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC439433) and having its registered office at Exsel House, 2 Moorpark Avenue, Muirhead, Glasgow, Scotland G69 9DZ for inter alia an Order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up the said Spirit Technology Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC439433) and having its registered office at Exsel House, 2 Moorpark Avenue, Muirhead, Glasgow, Scotland G69 9DZ (“the Company”) and that Brian Milne and Ishbel MacNeill, Insolvency Practitioners of Quantuma Advisory Limited, Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2LB be appointed as Joint Interim Liquidators; and in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 8 July 2025 appointed any party claiming an interest, if they intended to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto to the Sheriff Clerk at Airdrie within 8 days after intimation, service and advertisement, under certification; all of which notice is hereby given.
