I, Andrew Dix of Sterling Ford, Centurion Court, 83 Camp Road, St Albans, Herts, AL 1 5JN, as Liquidator of the Company, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE, pursuant to Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that I intend to declare an Interim dividend to the Creditors of the Company within 2 months of the last date for proving, as set out below.

The Creditor`s of the Company are required, on or before 8 August 2025 ("the last date for proving"), to prove their debts by sending me, Andrew Dix, the Liquidator of the Company, written statements of the amounts they claim to be due to them from the Company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary evidence as may appear to me, as liquidator, to be necessary.

A Creditor who has not proved their debt before the declaration of any dividend is not entitled to disturb, by reason that they have not participated in it, the distribution of that dividend or any other dividend declared before their debt was proved.
