IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION (THE "COMPANY")

NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 204(1)(b) of the BVI Business Companies Act, 2004 that Varna Properties Limited (the “Company”) is in voluntary liquidation. The voluntary liquidation commenced on 29 December 2022. The following resolutions were passed by the members: THAT the plan be and is approved in all respects; and THAT Matthew Wright of Leonard Curtis C.I. Limited, Town Mills, Rue Du Pre, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1LT and Andrew Duncan be appointed as the Joint Liquidators of the Company, and the Joint Liquidators are authorised to act jointly and severally. Andrew Duncan resigned from his position on 14 September 2023 and Matthew Wright remains as the sole Liquidator.

NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN THAT pursuant to the Companies (Guernsey) Law 2008 (as amended), that further to the appointment of the Joint Liquidators on 29 December 2022, they intend to declare a first and final dividend to the Company’s creditors. Creditors who have not yet done so must prove their debts by sending their full names and addresses, particulars of their debts or claims and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any), to the Joint Liquidators at the contact details below by no later than 31 July 2025 (the last date for proving). Creditors who have not proved their debt by the last date for proving may be excluded from the benefit of this dividend or any other dividend declared before their debt is proved. As the dividend will be a final dividend, it may be made without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not proved.
