A virtual meeting of the creditors of Newington Butts 247 Limited t/a Snap Fitness 24/7 is to take place for the purpose of considering decisions concerning the following matters:

1. That creditors decide on the nomination of a Liquidator. It is proposed that Olivia Barker and Joseph Fox, of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, be appointed Joint Liquidators and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators, may be done by all or any one or more of the persons holding the office of liquidator from time to time.

2. That unpaid pre-appointment costs of £4,000 plus VAT plus disbursements be paid as an expense of the Liquidation.

3. That the basis of the Liquidators’ remuneration be fixed by reference to time costs, as detailed in the fees estimate/information provided to creditors.

4. That the Joint Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the Liquidation.

Whether a liquidation committee should be established if sufficient creditors are willing to be members of a committee and if so, who the creditors wish to nominate for membership of the committee.
