Notice is hereby given that on 10 July 2025 a Petition was presented to Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by Dario Pietro Marchetti, craving the Court that Driftwood Bar Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 2/4 St Georges Cross, Charing Cross, Glasgow, G3 6UJ; (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 14 July 2025 appointed all persons having interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Glasgow Sheriff Court, 1 Carlton Place Glasgow,G5 9DA within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement; meantime appointed Steven Wright, Insolvency Practitioner, of Dains (a trading name of William Duncan (business Recovery) Ltd), 2nd Floor, 18 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6NU, to be Provisional Liquidator of the said the Company; all of which notice is hereby given.
