“That the Company be wound up voluntarily under section 84(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986 and that Glyn Mummery (IP No. 8996) and Emma Priest (IP No. 29970) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Jupiter House, Warley Hill Business Park, The Drive, Brentwood, Essex, CM13 3BE be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company, for the purpose of the s110 Insolvency Act 1986 liquidation scheme and distribution of its asset."
