Notice is hereby given that on 4 July 2025 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh by Bella Arusha Collins King craving the court for an order that ARUSHA GALLERY LTD (Company Number SC476747) and having its registered office at Building 1 9 Haymarket Square, Edinburgh, United Kingdom, EH3 8RY be wound up by the Court under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986 and by First Deliverance dated 4 July 2025, the Sheriff appointed a copy of the Petition and the First Deliverance to be advertised on the Walls of the Sheriff Court at Edinburgh and appointed notice of the import of the Petition and the deliverance to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and the Metro newspapers; and ordained any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh by email to edinburghcommercial@scotcourts.gov.uk within eight days after advertisement: of all of which notice is hereby given.
