Notice is given that at a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Muras Baker Jones Limited, 3rd Floor Regent House, Bath Avenue, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV1 4EG on 30 June 2025 at 10.15 am, the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and ordinary resolution respectively:
"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Adrian Simcox (IP No. 28150) and Mark Jonathan Botwood (IP No. 8965) both of Muras Baker Jones Ltd, Regent House, Bath Avenue, Wolverhampton, WV1 4EG be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they act either jointly or separately."
