Notice is hereby given that on 30 June 2025 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Perth Sheriff Court by Pancake Place Limited (The) craving the Court inter alia that Pancake Place Limited (The) having its registered office at 15 Rose Terrace, Perth, Scotland, PH1 5HA be wound up by the Court and that Mark Harper and Paul Dounis of Opus Business Advisory Group, 9 George Square, Glasgow, G2 1QQ and 23 Melville Street, Edinburgh, EH3 7PE, respectively be appointed as provisional liquidators and after service, intimation and advertisement, interim liquidators; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 30 June 2025 appointed the said Mark Harper and Paul Dounis of Opus Business Advisory Group as provisional liquidators and ordained any persons, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Perth Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
