I, Nick W Nicholson, the Liquidator of the above Company, give notice that I was appointed Liquidator of the above Company on 23 March 2018, and Christopher Jones was appointed as Joint Liquidator of the above company on 13 June 2025 by a decision of the creditors. A liquidation committee was not established. It is not my intention to summon a further meeting of creditors to establish a liquidation committee unless requested to do so by one tenth in value of the company’s creditors.
