A Petition to wind up the above named company having its Registered Office at Unit 34g Aston Road, Waterlooville, Hampshire, PO7 7XQ, presented on 18 June 2025, by XEROX FINANCE LIMITED, Building 4 Uxbridge Park, Sanderson Road, Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB8 1DH, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Fourth Floor, West Gate, 6 Grace Street, Leeds, LS1 2RP on 22 July 2025 at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
