At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at 29 Hillview Gardens, Harrow, HA2 6HJ (and attended remotely) on 30 June 2025 at 9.30 am, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Olivia Barker (IP No. 30232) and Fiona Grant (IP No. 9444) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, The Manor House, 260 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield, S11 9PS be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Liquidators be done by both or either of them."
