A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Index Assets and Consulting Ltd (06961258) of 34 Bishops Gate, Birmingham B31 4AJ, 61 Bridge Street, Kington HR5 3DJ (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is Property Development, presented on Saturday 14 June 2025, at 17:55 by TUBES SCAFFOLDING (LEICESTER) LIMITED, of 304 Leicester Road, Wigston LE18 1JX claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 23 July 2025, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
