By interlocutor of 3 July 2025, the Court appointed all parties having an interest to lodge answers within 8 days after intimation, advertisement and service, and in the meantime appointed Michelle Elliot and Callum Carmichael, both of FRP Advisory LLP, Level 2, The Beacon, 176 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5SG and Apex 3, 95 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh, FH12 5HD to be provisional liquidators of the said company and authorised them to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986.
