"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Adrian Peter Simcox (IP No. 28150) and Mark Jonathan Botwood (IP No. 8965) both of Muras Baker Jones Ltd, Regent House, Bath Avenue, Wolverhampton, WV1 4EG be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they act either jointly or seperately."
