A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Voyager Group Services Ltd (15123162) of Office 010 Upper Wortley Business Centre, 127 Upper Wortley Road, Leeds LS12 4JG England, whose nature of business is Other transportation support activities, presented on Tuesday 10 June 2025, at 09:00 by (1) ENTERPRISE DRIVER RECRUITMENT LIMITED; (2) ENTERPRISE TRANSPORT TRAINING LIMITED; (3) ENTERPRISE FRANCHISE SERVICES LIMITED, of 476 - 478 Broadway, Chadderton, Oldham OL9 9NS England claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Fourth Floor, West Gate, 6 Grace Street, Leeds LS1 2RP on Tuesday 22 July 2025, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
