Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, effective as of 30 June 2025, Abbott Select Buyouts Fund II L.P., by Abbott Capital Management, LLC as Investment Manager (the “Transferor”) transferred (i) a portion of its interest in Livingbridge 5 LP, a limited partnership registered in England with registered number LP014939 (the "Partnership"), such portion representing a capital contribution of £625.74 to VF IX B Advisors LLC acting as General Partner for and on behalf of PEV Holdings 1104 LP, and (ii) the remaining portion of its interest in the Partnership, such portion representing a capital contribution of £24.26 to VF IX ESC Advisors LLC acting as General Partner for and on behalf of PEV SB Employee Aggregator XII LP (VF IX B Advisors LLC acting as General Partner for and on behalf of PEV Holdings 1104 LP and VF IX ESC Advisors LLC acting as General Partner for and on behalf of PEV SB Employee Aggregator XII LP together, being the "Transferees").

Accordingly, with effect from 30 June 2025, each of the Transferees became a limited partner in the Partnership and the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
