Notice is hereby given by the general partner, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that as of 1 July 2025, Stichting Bedrijfstakpensioenfonds Voor De Detailhandel (the "Transferor") transferred its entire interest as a limited partner in Pan European Infrastructure II, L.P. (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP016011, to AXA IM PRIME DIVERSIFIED INFRASTRUCTURE FUND I AGGREGATOR SCSp SICAV-RAIF which has been admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership.
