A Petition to wind up the above-named company, HEBA PILATES LTD (13176493), of Heskin Hall Farm, Wood Lane, United Kingdom (where service of the petition was effected) (previously of Windsor Marina, Maidenhead Road, Windsor, SL4 5TZ), whose nature of business is: 93130 - Fitness facilities, presented on Monday, 2 June 2025, at 17:31, by (1) NAKHLA VENTURS LTD of Apostolos Varnavas 2, Centaur House, Nisou 2571, Nicosia, Cyprus (the 'First Petitioner'), claiming to be a contributory of the Company and (2) EATPRENEURS LLC of 2718, Abdulrahman Altubaishi, Alandalus, 8855, Saudi Arabia (the 'Second Petitioner'), claiming to be a creditor of the Company, will be heard at the HIGH COURT OF JUSTICE BUSINESS AND PROPERTY COURTS OF ENGLAND AND WALES INSOLVENCY AND COMPANIES LIST (ChD), Rolls Building, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 16 July 2025 at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
