A Petition to wind up the above-named company, Finnerti Limited (Co. Reg. No. 10758134) of Level 1 Devonshire House, One Mayfair Place, London, England, W1J 8AJ (where service of the petition was effected), whose principal nature of business is the development of building projects, presented on Wednesday 4 June 2025, by OCEAN TRADING HOLDINGS INC, of Trident Chambers, P.O. Box 146, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Insolvency & Company List (ChD), the Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 16 July 2025, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
