"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Martin C Armstrong (IP No. 6212) and Andrew R Bailey (IP No. 18810) both of Turpin Barker Armstrong, 15 Horizon Business Village, 1 Brooklands Road, Weybridge, Surrey, KT13 0TJ be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they act either jointly or seperately."
