A Petition to wind up the above-named company The Armadillo Group Limited (registered no. 01436129) of Invision House, Wilbury Way, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, SG4 0TW, whose nature of business is activities of head offices, presented on 12 June 2025 by PREMIUM CREDIT LIMITED of Premium Credit Limited, Ermyn House, Ermyn Way, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 8UX claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 6 August 2025 at 10:30am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
