A Petition to wind up the above-named company Graca Construction Ltd (registered no. 09793286) of 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, whose nature of business is other specialised construction activities not elsewhere classified, presented on 6 June 2025 by PREMIUM CREDIT LIMITED of Premium Credit Limited, Ermyn House, Ermyn Way, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 8UX claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 23 July 2025 at 10:30am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
