Notice is hereby given that on 29 May 2025, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Hamilton Sheriff Court by SJL Innovations Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Registered Number: SC712394) AND HAVING ITS REGISTERED OFFICE AT Unit 1, 82 Muir Street, Hamilton, South Lanarkshire, Scotland, ML3 6BJ craving the court inter alia to order that said SJL Innovations be wound up by the court and that Stuart Charles Robb, Insolvency Practitioner of Robb Advisory Limited, Oakfield House, 378 Brandon Street, Motherwell, ML1 1XA be appointed as interim liquidator after service, intimation and advertisement; in which Petition, Sheriff Dunipace by interlocutor (HAM-L39-25) dated 30 May 2025 ordained any persons if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Hamilton within eight days after such intimation service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
