Notice is hereby given that on 17th June 2025 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow craving the Court inter alia that Brayon Classic Engineering Ltd, with its Registered Office at 2nd Floor, 22-24 Blythswood Swaure, Glasgow, G2 4BG be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 17th June 2025 ordained the said Brayon Classic Engineering Ltd and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
