Notice is given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the GKN Group Pension Scheme (No.4) (the "Scheme") is being wound up.

The Trustee of the Scheme is keen to trace all former members of this pension scheme and their beneficiaries who are, or think they may be, entitled to benefits under the Scheme.

Any person who has not received written communication regarding the winding up of the Scheme and who has, or may have, any claim, entitlement or interest in the Scheme is required to provide written particulars of any such claim, entitlement or interest to GKN 4 Trustee 2018 Limited as Trustee of the GKN Group Pension Scheme (No.4) at 11th Floor, The Colmore Building, 20 Colmore Circus Queensway, Birmingham, United Kingdom, B4 6AT, within two months of the date of publication of this notice.

After this date, the Trustee will not be liable in respect of any person whose claims have not been notified to it.
