A Petition to wind up the above-named company, Schloss Roxburghe Holdings Ltd (incorporated in the Isle of Man under registration number 016422V), of Second Floor, 18-20 North Quay, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 4LE, presented on 27 May 2025 by SWIFT 937 LIMITED, Mark Howard Maddock, Peter John Drummond Michael and Greig David Morrish, c/o Temple Bright LLP, 81 Rivington Street, London, EC2A 3AY, claiming to be creditors of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Insolvency and Companies List, The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 16 July 2025, at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
