Notice is hereby given that on 16 June 2025 a Petition was presented to Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by Harper Macleod LLP, craving the Court that The Lasswade Townhouse Development Company Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 3 Clairmont Gardens, Glasgow, G3 7LW (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 16 June 2025 appointed all persons having interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Glasgow Sheriff Court, within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
