By Written Resolution of the Members of the above-named Company dated 16 June 2025, the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a (1) Special Resolution and as (2&3) Ordinary Resolutions:
1. That is has been proven that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily.
2. That James Richard Clark and Howard Smith both of Interpath Ltd, 4th Floor, Tailors Corner, Thirsk Row, Leeds, LS1 4DP,be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.
3. That anything required or authorised to be done by the Joint Liquidators be done by both or either of them.
The subsequent Decision of Creditors held on 16 June 2025 the appointment of James Richard Clark and Howard Smith as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
