The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (West Midlands) (No.10) Order 2025" authorising the stopping up of a an irregular shaped area of highway to the south of Suffolk Way at Droitwich Spa in the District of Wychavon. This is to enable development as permitted by Wychavon District Council, under reference W/24/02369/FUL.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/WM/S247/6002). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Wychavon District Council, Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Pershore, Worcestershire, WR10 1PT.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 18 June 2025.
