Notice is hereby given that on 4 June 2025 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Edinburgh by CONTRACT SCOTLAND LIMITED, a private Limited Company (Company No. SC190122) having its Registered Office at Scotia House, Castle Business Park, Stirling, FK9 4TZ, craving the Court inter alia that FM PROPERTY INVESTMENT LIMITED, a private Limited Company (Company No. SC332564) having its Registered Office at 9 Great Stuart Street, Edinburgh, EH3 7TP (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at the Sheriff Court at Edinburgh by interlocutor dated 4 June 2025; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto by email to edinburghcommercial@scotcourts.gov.uk within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
