“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Kevin Mapstone (I.P No: 25750), of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 2 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6LU and Neil Money (I.P No: 8900), of CBA Business Solutions Limited, 126 New Walk, Leicester, LE1 7JA, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they act jointly and severally.”
