NOTICE is hereby given that on 30 May 2025 a Petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by Iomart Managed Services Limited for an order to wind up Trace Studio Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Registered Number SC649987) and having its Registered Office at 1 West Regent Street, Glasgow, G2 1RW and to appoint Stuart Preston and Julie Tait, Insolvency Practitioners, of Grant Thornton UK Advisory & Tax LLP, 7 Castle Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3AH as Interim Liquidators; by Warrant of Citation dated 06 June 2025 the Sheriff appointed all persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers within Glasgow Sheriff Court, 1 Carlton Pl, Glasgow G5 9DA, within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
