Notice is hereby given that on 2 June 2025, a Petition was presented to Alloa Sheriff Court by Affordable Windows Scotland Limited (In Liquidation), a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC357801) and having its Registered Office at c/o Hastings & Co, The Pentagon Centre, Washington Street, Glasgow G3 8AZ and Colin A F Hastings as Liquidator thereof for inter alia an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up CSJTrade Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC693971) and having its Registered Office at 51 Bridge Street, Dollar FK14 7DG and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; and that, in the meantime, Linda Hastings, Insolvency Practitioner of Hastings & Co, The Pentagon Centre, Washington Street, Glasgow G3 8AZ be appointed as Provisional Liquidator of the said Company; in which Petition, Sheriff Ralph by interlocutor dated 4 June 2025 appointed the said Linda Hastings as Provisional Liquidator with the powers contained within paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II and paragraph 6 of Part III of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986; and appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
