NOTICE is hereby given that on 3 June 2025 a Petition by Caithness Creels Limited was presented to the Sheriff of Grampian Highland and Islands at Tain craving the court inter alia an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 that the said Caithness Creels Limited, Company Number SC131497, having its registered office at Unit 8 Golspie Business Park, Golspie, Sutherland, Scotland, KW10 6UB and its main seat of business at 17C Wick Airport Industrial Estate, KW1 4QS be wound up by the court and to appoint joint interim liquidators to the said Company; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 3 June 2025 appointed notice of the import of the Petition and Deliverance to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and once in the Press & Journal (Inverness) newspaper; ordains any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Tain (quoting ref: TAI-L3-25) within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; all of which notice is hereby given.
