At a Virtual Meeting of the creditors of the above named Company, duly convened and held by conference on 4 June 2025, the following resolutions were duly passed:-

1. That Jamie Playford of Leading, Lawrence House, 5 St Andrews Hill, Norwich, NR2 1AD being a person qualified to act as an insolvency practitioner, be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator of the Company.

2. That the Liquidator`s remuneration be fixed to time properly spent by the Liquidator and his staff in attending to matters arising in the administration of the liquidation with a fee estimate of £16,215 plus VAT.

3. That the Liquidator be authorised to draw expenses for services provided by Leading, in accordance with the charging policy details of which accompanied the information presented to the creditors` Virtual Meeting.

4. That the fees and expenses of Leading for preparing the Statement of Affairs and convening the Virtual Meeting on behalf of the board of directors of £5,000 plus expenses plus VAT be approved and that any outstanding balance be paid as an expense of the winding-up.

5. The fee payable to Hammonds & Co. Accountants for their assistance with the preparation of the Statement of Affairs of £2,000 plus VAT and disbursements be approved and that any outstanding balance be paid as an expense of the winding-up.
