We, Stephen Mark Powell (IP No. 009561) and Julie Anne Palmer (IP No. 008835) both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Units 1-3 Hilltop Business Park, Devizes Road, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP3 4UF were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 29 June 2020.

The Joint Liquidators intend to declare and distribute a dividend to unsecured creditors. It is their intention to make a distribution within two months from the last date for proving, which is 30 June 2025. The dividend will be the First and Final dividend being declared. The creditors of the above named company who, not already having done so, are required on or before 30 June 2025 ("the last date for proving") to deliver their proofs of debt to the joint liquidators, whose contact details are below.
