Notice is hereby given that on 4 June 2025 the following resolutions were passed by the members, number 1 as a special resolution and number 2 as an ordinary resolution:
1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily.
2. That Mustafa Abdulali and Neil Dingley of Moore Recovery Limited, First Floor Suite 4 Alexander House, Waters Edge Business Park, Campbell Road, Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 4DB be appointed joint liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up of the Company. The joint liquidators are to act either alone or jointly.
