Notice is hereby given that on 16th May 2025 a petition was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court on behalf of Dean Anderson craving the Court inter alia to permit the Petitioner in the period of 5 years from 22nd December 2022 to (a) be a director of Floral Gifts Ltd trading with the name “Flowercard” (b) in any way, whether directly or indirectly, be concerned or take part in the promotion, formation or management of Floral Gifts Ltd using the name “Flowercard”; or (c) in any way, whether directly or indirectly, be concerned or take part in the carrying on of the business carried on by Floral gifts Ltd under the name “Flowercard”; in which Petition the Sheriff of Lothian & Borders at Edinburgh by Interlocutor dated 21st May 2025 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
