Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that pursuant to an assignment dated 16 May 2025 (the "Assignment"), RESI CAPITAL MANAGEMENT GP LIMITED, a private limited company registered in England and Wales with registered number 11771962 whose registered office is at 5 New Street Square, London, EC4A 3TW, assigned to RESI GENERAL PARTNER LLP, a limited liability partnership with registered number OC453968 whose registered office is at 5 New Street Square, London, United Kingdom, EC41 3TW, its whole general partner's interest in GRESHAM HOUSE THRIVING INVESTMENTS RESIDENTIAL SECURE INCOME LP, a limited partnership established in England and Wales with registered number LP019984 (the "Partnership"). As a result of the Assignment, ReSI Capital Management GP Limited retired as general partner of the Partnership and was replaced as general partner by ReSI General Partner LLP, with effect from 16 May 2025.
