A Petition to wind up the above named company having its Registered Office at 59-61 Charlotte Street, St Paul's Square, Birmingham, B3 1PX, presented on 2 May 2025, by XEROX FINANCE LIMITED, Building 4 Uxbridge Park, Sanderson Road, Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB8 1DH, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Fourth Floor, West Gate, 6 Grace Street, Leeds, LS1 2RP on 10 June 2025 at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
