Notice is hereby given that on 14 April 2025 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Paisley by Finbiz Funding Limited T/A Bizcap UK, Suite 1, 7th Floor 50 Broadway, London, United Kingdom, SW1H 0DB, craving the Court inter alia that Renova Hic Ltd, a private Limited Company (Company No. SC804469) having its Registered Office at C/O Mccreath Accountancy Phoenix House, Ground Floor Left, Phoenix Business Park, Linwood, Renfrewshire, Scotland, PA1 2BH (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at the Sheriff Court at Paisley by interlocutor dated 14 April 2025; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Paisley within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
