The Council has received an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for the application made by RWE Renewables UK Ltd on land at Land SW Of Newton Park, Lybster. The application is development falling within the Regulations as Environmental Impact Assessment development and accordingly is supported by an Environmental Impact Assessment Report. The application reference number is (25/01061/FUL).
