It is intended to carry out the following project in respect of the Environmental Impact Assessment (Forestry) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006 (as amended).

Consent for the project to proceed can be issued by the Department under the Regulations taking account of the selection criteria specified in the legislation. Each project is required to comply with the UK Forestry Standard.
