NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Rule 14.28 of the insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 that the Joint Trustees intend to declare a First and Final Dividend to the unsecured creditors of the Bankruptcy Estate of Lee Matthew John Edwards within 2 months of the last date for proving set out below.

A creditor who has not proved their debt by 18 June 2025 is not entitled to disturb, by reason that they have not participated in it, the distribution of that dividend or any other dividend declared before their debt was proved.
