1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Hackney proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.

2. The general effect of the Orders will be to make the following changes:

a) Ayrsome Road - Remove cycle hangar 5 metres from junction of Oldfield Road and extend permit bay by 2.5 metres.

b) Hill Court Estate, opposite Thorndale House - Replace 5.5 metres of double yellow lines, no waiting "at any time" restrictions opposite Thorndale House in Hill Court Estate with two echelon Z8 estate permit bays and re-align the remainder of double yellow lines, no waiting "at any time" restrictions.

c) Navarino Road - Replace 6.6 metres of residents permit bay alongside Navarino Mansions, Navarino Road with a personalised permit bay - 00333.

d) Oldfield Road - Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay with a cycle hangar.

e) Poole Road - (i) Replace 1.2 metres of permit bay side of No. 216 Well Street with double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” restrictions. (ii) Replace 1.8 metres of permit bay outside of No. 42 Poole Road with double yellow lines, no “at any time” restrictions.

f) Powell Road - Replace a section of permit bay and a section of double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” restrictions with two 6.6 metre disabled bays outside Nos. 1 to 21 Lark House, Powell Road.

g) Sheep Lane - Replace 7 metres of cashless shared parking bay with double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” restrictions at the side of Alden House, Sheep Lane.

h) Tudor Road - Replace 6.6 metres of cashless shared use bay with a personalised permit bay - 00332 outside Nos. 80 to 94 Tudor Road.

i) Wenlock Barn Estate - Remove the echelon parking bays outside Nos. 1 to 30 Wimbourne Court.

4. Any objections or other representations about either of the Orders should be sent in writing to Streetscene – Networks Team at the address specified in paragraph 3 above or emailed to consultation.parking@hackney.gov.uk within 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
