Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 6 May 2025 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gregory Andrew Palfrey and Kevin Parish of S&W Partners LLP, 4th Floor Cumberland House, 15-17 Cumberland Place, Southampton, SO15 2BG be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up.”

As the subsequent creditors’ meeting held on 13 May 2025, the following resolution was passed:

"That Mark Guy Boughey (IP No. 9611) and Michael Ian Field (IP No. 009705) both of Forvis Mazars LLP, Floor 8, Assembly Building C, Cheese Lane, Bristol, BS2 0JJ be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a Joint Liquidator may be done by all or any of the persons for the time being holding such office.”
