SC635992 and having its registered office at Trinity House, 31 Lynedoch Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G3 6EF be wound up by the Court and an interim liquidator be appointed. By interlocutor dated 12 May 2025, the Lord Ordinary appointed all parties claiming an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement.
