A petition to wind up the above named company of Muz Properties Ltd of 41 Otley Road, Leeds England, LS6 3AB, Co Reg 12852295 and presented on 11 April 2025 by LEEDS CITY COUNCIL of Po Box 60, LEEDS, LS2 8JR claiming to be a creditor of the company will be heard at Business And Property Courts In Leeds, Fourth Floor, 6 Westgate, Grace Street, Leeds, LS1 2RP on 27 May 2025 at 10:00 am (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioning creditor/Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 of the Insolvency Rules 2016 by 4.00 pm on 26 May 2025.
